PHONE CONSULTATIONS

With removex - We offer our clients telephone consultation prior, during and post removal. Our removex team have the removal knowledge to ensure that you have peace of mind throughout the process. 

 

 

SITE SURVEYS

With removex - We offer all clients no matter how big or small the removal the opportunity to take advantage of our free site survey service.  removex will send over an estimator in order to identify the needs and requirements of our clients. Then we would provide you with a fixed rate quotation so you can budget for your move.  Our removex estimators will be available for site surveys between 08:00AM till 19:00PM Monday - Friday & between 08:00AM - 12:00PM on Saturdays & Sundays with no obigation to book.  

 

 

MOVE MANAGER / MOVE COORDINATOR 

With removex - We will offer all Platinum Removal Service clients a dedicated Move Manager &/or Move Coordinator to ensure that you have a main point of contact from the initial enquiry until the completeion of your removal.

With removex - We have carefully selected our team to ensure that we provide each client a professional and knowledgable service. From our Directors, Managers, Assistant Managers, Foreman, Drivers and Porters we all have experience within either the courier, removal, international removals and storage industry to ensure that you have the best level of service.

 

 

FLEXIBLE START / FINISH TIMES

With removex - We understand that not every job is from 09:00AM - 17:00PM. No matter the hour removex would be able to offer a service to set your needs. 

 

 

HANDY MAN SERVICES

With removex - We offer our clients a handy man service for dismantling + reassembling furniture and awkward items.  

 

 

CLEANING SERVICE

With removex - We offer all our clients a post move cleaning service in order to make the property ready for new tenants or to assist with your inventory with the landlord and/or property manage. removex has a team of dedicated cleaners and equipment to ensure that the stress of the post move is eliminated.  We can coincide the cleaning teams arrival when the removal team exit to ensure that there isn’t an overlap with the services.

 

REMOVAL AFTER CARE

With removex - We offer all clients a free debris collection up to 1 week (7 days) after the delivery date. Additionally if required we can send our team members back up to 1 x week (7 days) after the delivery date for a maximum 2 hours free of charge to move any items around your property to ensure that everything is in its correct position.

 

 

COMPLETE PACKING SERVICE

With removex - We will provide you with a complete packing service from fragile items to furniture items for peace of mind that your items are fully protected during the removal.

 

COMPLETE UNPACKING SERVICE

With removex - We will provide a full unpacking service and debris removal.  All boxes will be unpacked and items placed on flat surfaces and all furniture items unpacked and placed in the desired locations.
